"This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia."

"The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"

"Nous n'avons pas eu les 4 chambres comme convenus. Personne ne nous a repondu au tel a notre arrivee a l'aeroport. Les taxis ont eu du mal a trouver l'etablissement. Nous avons ete 8 a dormir dans la meme chambre. Ne parlent pas anglais... Petit dej? Un coup oui un coup non. Pas du tout professionnel"

"Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi, is great 5-star hotel, which offers real service. I was only there for a day but I appreciated how the hotel treated its guests -- be it the front office, the concierge or the coffee shop. I had requested an early check in and as promised I got one despite checking in earlier than I had initially stated. Thanks very much to their Customer Sales service. "
