Miło ale nie perfekcyjnie.

Obiekt mocno zużyty ale pościel czysta. Śniadania poniżej średniej - kawa i herbata marne, kucharz nie umie zrobić omletu. Jakość Wi-Fi zależy od położenia pokoju względem routera tam dzie blisko działa dobrze ale pokoju obok juz wcale. Klient nie jest o tym informowany. Brak bell boya zeby pomógł z bagażami. Obsługa recepcji robi to z uśmiechem jak juz sie samemu wtarga walizy do recepcji po schodach przed hotelem. W pokojach nie ma możliwości zagotowania wody na herbatę lub kawę. Sama obsługa przyjazna ale brak procedur. Okolica ładna ale do najbliższego sklepu 7-11 jest kawałek drogi. Cena pobytu jest bardzo rozsądna.

this hotel is quite old and saggy and the cleanliness of the hotel is quite bad...but the good side is the pillow and the bed are nice and the hotel staff is really friendly and helpful.

Never again

Unfortunately I was extrememly disappointed in my Superior room. The bathtub was stained with rust on the bottom and the surrounds, the shower beige curtain was stained and looked dirty. There were no coffee/tea facilities and worst of all they were many small cockroaches running within the bathroom. Staff were extremely limited in their English ability. So disappointing, I will never stay there again.

飯店地點良好,但是房間設備老舊,沒有修繕.燈泡有的不亮了,所以房間很暗, 雖房間看來乾淨,但入住期間一直覺身上很癢, 不知道是毯子有蟲還是對它的消毒水過敏, 大廳一直都有在拖地,但清洗劑味道好嗆....

Old Hotel in central part of Town

This is a very old hotel which badly needs a real make over . Saying that, the room was huge with a very comfortable clean bed, tv with English news channels. Plenty of wardrobe space and good air con. Bathroom was so so , very old . Don't bother with breakfast it's pretty awful. Overall the hotel offers value for money

お国柄のせいか、英語があまり通じない。 部屋は古いが掃除はしっかりしている。しかしシャワーカーテンにカビがはえてた。またフェイスタオルが無かった。 結婚式等のイベントがおこなわれると外部からマナーの悪い連中がホテル内に入ってきていた。 インターネットの接続が悪い。

Disgusting hotel with lousy service

We had ordered three rooms, one with an extra bed. There was no extra bed when we arrived. All three rooms were very very dirty and disgusting. One even smelled of urine and feces. We complained and asked them to fix it while we went to dinner. When we came back there was still no extra bed. We could tell that they had cleaned, but the rooms were still very dirty. We also noticed that there were bugs in the room and when we pulled the blanket from the bed, there were many ugly stains on the bedsheets. We asked to get new bedsheets but nobody came to change them. Finally we gave up and checked out immediately to find another hotel around 11 pm.

I feel relaxed

This hotel locates central area of Songkhla. So, you can take miniVan from & to HatYai around here. Breakfast is gentle taste. Excellent treatment by skilled masseuse is also good. I feel relaxed during stay here.

ข้อดีอย่างเดียวของโรงแรมคือ อยู่กลางแหล่งชุมชนมาก เดินจากโรงแรมเพียง 5 นาทีก็ถึง 7-11 แต่สภาพโดยรวมของโรงแรม เก่ามาก lobby มืดๆ ทึมๆ สภาพภายในห้องพัก แม้จะสะอาด มี wifi free แต่ทำให้รู้สีกย้อนยุคมาก ปลั๊กไฟ มีแค่ 1 จุด ในห้อง และ อีกจุดในห้องน้ำ แสงไฟภายในห้องเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนมาก เพราะมีแค่ไฟจากโคมหัวเตียง 2 ข้าง และที่โต๊ะทำงาน ที่ประทับใจสุด คือ ห้องน้ำ สภาพเก่ายังไม่ประทับใจเท่า ฝารองนั่งชักโครกแตก ไม่ใช่เพิ่งแตก แต่คงแตกนานแล้ว แต่ไม่เปลี่ยน
