PREMIER SUITES Reading
Excellent location . Pleasant staff. Clean but the room has a weird chemical smell . The bedroom is very small while the living area is unnecessarily big !! The lift was out order throughout our 9-day stay .

Heathrow Windsor Apart Hotel
Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up ...
