Private Sonoma Sanctuary 6 bed retreat with POOL and SPA

Our home sleeps 12 comfortably (5 queen beds and 1 king bed) and has 4 Bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked and has most of the basics for cooking. Please check prior for specifics. We are happy to make sure there are items stocked that you are in need of.

Private backyard with grill, patio set, fire chat sitting area, and in-ground pool and 8 person hot tub.

5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs. The sixth room is on the main floor with a queen size Murphy bed and a half bath on the main floor.

A booklet of short instructions are available onsite and given to you at check-in.

The Neighborhood
Very quiet neighborhood close to golf course, wineries, and about 2 miles from the Sonoma plaza. This is our home so please be respectful of neighbors. Be respectful and drive responsibly while on our road.

Guest parking is restricted to 4 cars.

Other Things to Note

There is a little apartment, located on the right side of the 2 car garage that is completely separate and private from the rest of the home. It is used regularly but it does not impact or invade your space.

House policies:
Our home is not available for "partying" or loud groups. Parties will be shut down and reservations may be terminated without refund. Reasonable enjoyment of the pool and backyard is expected.

Sonoma County has a Quiet Ordinance for all vacation rentals that starts at 9pm until 7am. All activity regardless of volume must come inside at 10pm.

Jumping from the balcony will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and will result in immediate cancelation of reservation. Balcony is locked to guests.

No bachelorette or bachelor parties will be accepted.

Glitter is NOT allowed on the property. If glitter is found guests will be assessed an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Refund policy
Reservations are not guaranteed and money is not refunded due to power issues relating to weather or with PG&E rolling blackouts. Generator is on site and available for limited uses in such cases.

Security cameras are located only outside and around the property. there are 3 two-way communication devices outside. 1 in the front and 2 in the backyard for urgent situations when we need to communicate with guests. We do not monitor the cameras but they will alert us of any outdoor activity after 10pm in which we will need to intervene.

By booking this home you electronically agree to these rules and acknowledge there are ceramic tile floors, decks, landscaping, open fire, pool and spa (hot tub) and other amenities that could be dangerous to children, others and yourself. You also acknowledge and accept that you and all of your guests and invitees undertake all use of the property at your own risk.

Great spot for your trip to Sonoma! The house is perfect for a couples trip. We used the pool and hot tub one afternoon and it was great. Would recommend.

Convenient yet quiet location

It was a great place to call home for our family gathering in Sonoma. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The backyard has plenty of seating options and we made the most of the swimming pool. Overall it was lots of fun.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! It is just like the pictures, very spacious & clean.

The rental experience was so easy. Thomas let us check in early which was so helpful! The outdoor space is perfect for hanging out with lots of people! We had a fantastic time!

Great weekend

Great stay from start to finish. We booked this for a trip with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Communication with Tom was great. Was able to checkin a little early and allowed us to have ballons delivered before our arrival for a surpise for my husband. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Overall a great time.

Spacious home, kind host

We were a party of 9 visiting the area for a family wedding (we stayed just one night). The host, Tom, was very responsive and kindly accommodated some scheduling challenges on our part. The cooling system was tricky and Tom was accommodating of that too. We'd love to return in the future to be able to use the pool and to spend more time in this comfortable property!

Sonoma Girls Trip!

We had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend this property. We had 10 girls and there was plenty of space for all of us to stay there comfortably. Super cute backyard space. Sonoma had pretty strict rules about no speakers outside and quiet hours after 9-10 ish.

Disappointing Stay - Unable to use Pool or Hot Tub

The home itself was very accommodating for the value. We were unable to use the nice amenities like the hot tub due to a large amount of chlorine that appeared to be recently put in the tub - we couldn’t breathe from the fumes. We also couldn’t use the entirety of the pool because the cleaning equipment was left in and took up half of the space. Finally, during our last stay, what appeared to be due to remote control from the owner, it was 88 degrees in the home most of the day and night. It never cooled off, making it unbearable to be in the home. All in all, it’s a nice place to stay if better attention would have been given to the property.

Sonoma Family Gathering

Our Maryland family gathered in Sonoma for a mini vacation following a family wedding in Berkeley. This home was perfect! The size and layout worked well for our large family and the backyard with pool, hot tub and lounging areas was great for relaxing and catching up with each other. The location was convenient for touring both Napa and Sonoma. Highly recommend!

50th B-day Celebration in Sonoma!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Wished we had been able to use the pool more; planned too many tastings! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed . Hope to go back soon.
