Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"At 65 and 67 yrs , we found the climb up to room 8 with luggage difficult. Consider that when booking. Bed was rather uncomfortable, and I believe we were instructed to leave the room as we found - ie-dishes clean but there was no dish tray or towel to dry. Best as a spot for younger people. It’s an easy walk from the train station but a heck of an uphill walk back. Most important. Clean and quiet . Tks"

"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"Pros: Matteo is a very attentive host. His vacation house has been restored in a very inspiring way, leaving all sorts of details intact. Naggio is a tiny hill village, and is a good starting point for hikes in the region. We had a very nice stay in his place, and we can recommend the place. Two points of attention for guests. "It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"Old style European hotel. Lovely architecture, centrally located and old world ambiance. Views of the lake are exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful and polite- despite being harried constantly by guests. Especially Gloria! My wife left her phone in the transport car from Milan airport. She got it back for us! Breakfast was good, clean, efficient as was maid and front desk service. Only downside was no Kleenex in the rooms. But that’s really nothing."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area. Aside from the poor location, everything else was fine, especially considering the affordable price we paid."
