Plenty of space. Rooms were being updated. Nice to have dining options onsite.

Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return.

Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. You enter the main front door using a code on a keypad, and you don't have a room key - you get a numeric combination for the combo lock on your door. I had a great time in Cremona, hotel in a great location, fantastic room, huge, clean with all modern technologies. I feel as a king leaving in 21 century. Roberto and Michelle provided all supports and hospitality. I just would like to say thank you.

The hotel and staff were great. We don't speak Italian and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. This was a real bargain.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
