Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? "The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."

"This was our second stay in this cottage, and we had a fantastic time. The house has ideal dimensions for an outdoor holiday cottage and it contains everything you could ask for. Vicdessos is a wonderful location for an activity-based holiday, with incredible hikes within easy reach. It has good shops and an excellent market every Thursday. There is much to interest lovers of history in the immediate vicinity, and there are beautiful towns and good vinyards not far away. We hope to return soon."
