"Would highly recommend. Rustic room with extra sitting room, private balcony overlooking the river and palace of the Popes. Enjoyed walking around the old village, just down the hill from Maison Orisini. Host was wonderful providing maps and a tasty breakfast. We stayed 4 nights. No.5 Bus close by into main town of Avignon or 35mins walk."

"Our stay at Bastide de Bellegrade was absolutely wonderful. The place is an elegant oasis just minutes from Avignon. We had a car so we appreciated the ease of parking on property. "Excellent accueil . Vous vous sentirez au calme et choyé par des hôtes très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuné est copieux, confectionné avec des produits frais. Nous n'avons pas goûter les repas du soir. Il y a une piscine mais la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. A proximité de Gordes. La région est magnifique. Je recommande vivement "

"Prestation qui ne correspond pas à un produit au tarif 245€ Lieu tape à l’œil Vétuste ,jacuzzi salle des dépôts au fond … au sol un gazon synthétique où on ose poser les pieds Pas une bouteille d’eau une vielle cafetière poussiéreuse un vieux frigo rouillé… Nous avons signalé en compensation une bouteille de champagne mais bon une soirée de réveillon assombri … Lieu non recommandable et loin de l’ambiance de saint Rémy "

"Avignon is a fantastic place to visit, and I am glad I was able to take my wife there to see it (I had visited it before, 40 years ago). La Banasterie was beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and literally steps away from the major sites in Avignon. The owners were extremely helpful, even helping me figure out how to retrieve and item I left on the train. If we ever visit again, I would not hesitate to stay in this same location."

"There are hotels, and there is La Verriere! The desceiption online does not give ita due to the place. We stayed for 2 nights but could probbaly have stayed for a week and enjoy. The best word to describe La Verriere is 'impeccable'. It is located at the Chene Bleu winery at a 9th centiry priory. The hotel part of the estate offers a lovely garden, an infinity pool, a hot tub, and a small gym. There is also a summer kitchen with coffee, tea, some sweets and refrigirators. "Cesar room was comfortable and reasonable size. Third floor (via stairs) wasn’t too bad. Terrace gave us a nice view if the countryside. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent quality European breakfast."

"What a great find for us! This place is so charming! We wish we had booked for longer. The parking is a little tight as European cars have gotten larger over time, but it’s safe and gated. The staff was extremely welcoming and was able to get us a dinner reservation at the last minute. We weren’t here long, but the pool looked inviting and every room was clean and comfortable. They make their own face and body scrubs, which feel amazing! Definitely will be back!"

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
