"I liked the hotel - quiet, relaxed. The only complaint is I was bitten by mosquitoes while having dinner outside by the pool. The reception offered me ointment which helped the swelling a lot. I liked the food at dinner - Vitelli tonnato as a starter and grilled branzino over vegetables for entree. The white wine was good too!"

"Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels."

"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"We had a fantastic and lovely stay. Very friendly and caring staff. Great breakfast included. Quiet and relaxing pool area. Modern E-Bikes included free of charge to easily explore Locarno and Ascona. We would come back anytime."

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"
