Great location 10 mins walk to the main part of the town. The Hotel staff were very helpful and great. Breakfast covered basics, nothing spectacular but did the job. Beds were comfortable and thank God for great AC units.

This hotel was okay. It was clean and not in a terrible location, like 20 +- mins from the center. I didn't like how early the pool closed. The rooms were bland very very vey simple for the price. (we didn't have a remote for the tv), the bus stop was handy. I probably wouldn't book here again.

Staff is great: stars are for them. The front desk clerk also acts as cleaning lady on certain situations. Room was very basic, uncomfortable pillows and most of all: ants on the beds. Ants were coming from the balcony.

Not a pool, just a cool tub with jets, can seat maybe 8 ppl, no swimming. The photo is misleading: this is NOT a pool, but a jet tub. Sun deck is basic, clean but not comfortable, and the view (while standing) is great. Room was basic. No complaints but nothing to celebrate, either, other than size - was spacious. Breakfast very average - normal buffet but the croissants are extremely dry and cardboardy, not at all buttery, bread is packaged. One home made item - lemon jam - is good, just not brilliant food to put it on, sadly.

Nice view… enjoy the jacuzzi after a long traveling time, wit a relaxing view and the sing of the birds.. the access to the bus right in front of the hotel is a plus!.. the breakfast option is convenient, and the next door restaurant was the best meal we enjoy in our whole Italy trip!..

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Britannia. The staff was so great and the room was very clean and comfortable. I don’t normally eat a big breakfast so the breakfast worked well for me. We also had time to enjoy the hot tub and the beautiful views overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Britannia in Sorrento. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views and a convenient location close to the historic center. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated their efforts to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs, making breakfast easy and stress-free every day. The warm atmosphere, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Hotel Britannia is a perfect base for exploring Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special!

To start, the staff greeted us as we arrived and collected our luggage to bring inside for an early check in. All the staff was so knowledgeable about the city and provided a detailed map with things to do and areas to explore. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a plethora of fresh meats and cheeses, fruits, veggies and pastries. And delicious made to order coffees! The rooftop terrace was stunning and the perfect spot for a glass of wine to watch the sunset. The walk to town was very doable, max 10 minutes, but is far enough outside of town to be peaceful and quiet at night.

Our stay at the Hotel Britannia was great. The staff was outstanding and even lent us an adapter for our phone charger. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit, pastries and cappuccino. Thanks for a great stay.
