The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

Very good location and close to all the main tourist attractions. Easy walk to and from train station. Well maintained and clean apartment with clean towels provided daily. Nice balcony. Air conditioning works well. Only issues were no English TV channels and the bathroom door would not stay closed and did not have a lock.

All i have to say is 5 star all around. Perfect accommodation and host. Modern unit with all the amenities. Balcony is awesome to relax on after a day of beach, boating or walking around. Bed super comfortable. Perfect kitchenette. Host/property manger top notch, very responsive, and very detailed on all the instructions. I recommend and will be back!!!!

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

Bathroom and ac don’t work. The “owner” doesn’t live close so if there’s an issue after 1130am - you have to wait until the next business day between 730-1130am as their is no front desk. You’re limited to 6 total towels - which they change every 3 days. Bad

I did not enjoy my stay. Originally, I was travelling with my youngest sister (17 years old). My middle sister surprised us on this trip. I tried to get a bigger room but they were fully booked online and it was too late to cancel. The three of us ended up sharing one bed and room which we prepared for since I was unable to upgrade. What surprised me was the host charged me an additional 120 euros plus the city tax with no extra amenities (not even a cot). This was the only hotel that gave us a hard time on our 12 day trip across Italy (Sorrento, Florence and Rome). Our other stays were very accommodating and allowed us to upgrade or just charged us the additional city tax. In addition, the bathroom shower was clogged our whole trip and the wifi barely worked. The location is okay, it’s a little hard to find but it’s located about 15 min to the centre and train station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay, no one is there to help you but they are watching you. Upon check out there is not a secure location to leave your bags if you need like other hotels. Honestly, the had horrible customer service.

The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. I called about it and the employee were rude and told us that it is summer so we could open up a window to let the heat in but that they will not give us blankets even if we wished for them. So we slept badly. Also we found out the matteres were turned the wrong way. The side you sleep on was turned to the floor. At first jumping on the bed it was hard as a rock and didn’t give in at all. We had to turn the whole matteres around and make the bed again ourselves. Over all we really were wating on this trip to Italy and a great hotel but it was big dissapointment.

The service was great. They were always responsive during their business hours and always helpful. The location is fantastic if you like to walk as everything major is 10-20 minutes away by walking. It is also right by the train station, which made commuting very easy. Great place to stay!

Great room! Very clean, good size with kitchenette conveniences and a nice patio as well. Good communication with the staff prior to arrival. Directions coming from train station were a little confusing but we figured it out. Good location for the price and can walk to shopping and to the water but I wish it was a bit closer. But the location for the price is well worth it. Oh, and a lovely bakery right across the start along with a produce stand.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was easily accessible for self check in and had all the facilities we could have needed for our time here. The staff we met each morning were lovely and our room was always made spotless for us coming back. The pool facility belongs to the hotel next door but was available for our use for €20pp. The area was quiet but felt safe and was only a short walk from the main square and all major transport links

The room was great, modern and cleaned every day, staff were very nice and responsive. The accommodation is also very close to Sorrento town centre and is not in a hilly area which meant we could easily walk to the high street for dinner or to the ferry, train station or bus stops to go on day trips. 10/10 would recommend
