"The price is advantageous; the position is attractive; the quality of the renovated space is very high. A third floor walk-up isn't ideal for everyone, but posed no difficulties. "Pros: The Villa was very clean. Alot of space. Bathroom on each floor. Kitchen had all supplies needed. Each room had conditioning, which is great as it can get hot. Outside there was plenty of sitting area. Pool is quite big and lights up in the evening which looks amazing. Antonello welcomed us in a very warm way and was available all the time for any queries. "Our experience at La Maison was amazing! We were greeted by Giglio and her co-host who were both incredibly kind. The property is located in a great spot, within walking distance of the port, just a short drive from the airport, and surrounded by many restaurants. "Pros: We had a fantastic time at Casa Rita. The house is exactly as described in the listing. It is perfect for two families. The location is excellent for exploring the southern part of Sardinia, especially if you have a car (highly recommend). Rita is an outstanding host, always available and incredibly friendly.
