The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. "We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

"The owner was very rude during the whole process and actuall lives upstairs. It is very difficult to access the place, three separate gates with different codes. Access to the bathroom was via 2nd bedroom and there was no door. So no privacy at all. Did not suit for two couples and we ended up departing early and booked into a hotel. Do not book this place ever."

"The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town."

"I stayed at this place in Drap with my family and the property is as advertised and more. It is in a great location with amazing views. The hosts were extremely friendly, kind and caring. They were also very helpful and gave us great tips about how to get to Nice, Monaco and other places around. "We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Wir haben Weihnachten und Silvester dort verbracht. Bruno und Jane sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten Bruno jederzeit erreichen, wenn wir Probleme hatten. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft schön. Das einzige was uns leicht gestört hat, waren die Zimmer. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Dieses war hervorragend. Die anderen Zimmer mit Hochbetten und dem Fernseher waren ziemlich vernachlässigt. Insgesamt war das Haus auch nicht zu 100%...

"Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend"

"We had an excellent holiday at Villa Maracudja. The accommodation is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We made good use of the large swimming pool which was very well maintained. The house is very well situated just a couple of miles outside Menton, ideal for visiting this beautiful region. Hafid and Kristell were charming hosts and made us feel very welcome."

"This is the most unusual place that I have stayed in all my trips to Italy. The town is almost all medieval. The flat is very comfortable, renovated in a way that preserved the unique character of local homes. Cora is a very very good host. We had generally a very good experience in Apricale."

"The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The bungalow was at the top of the garden up some steep steps. I don't think you would manage if you had poor mobility. The bungalow was well equipped for making small meals although no oven to bake. We had some trouble with insects (centipedes) but think that they came inside due to bad weather. They didn't bother us. Sadly it rained quite a lot in our week so we did not use the pool, however it looked absolutely great and very clean. The location...

"We’ve stayed at many places along the Riveria but this was definitely our favorite. Beautiful porch with a spectacular view with a short but steep walk to the beach and old town. Mia was very friendly and very helpful. We hope to return again soon!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, everything is top quality inside from decor to appliances. Adeline was very helpful and accommodating. Even with our flight delayed to Nice and the rain upon our arrival at the location, she had saved us a great parking spot close by. The parking can be tricky but they have a great solution, I just recommend that if you have a small car, it'll just be easier. We can't wait to return."

Le côté rustique et l'isolement relatif peuvent ne pas convenir à tout le monde mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Eh oui la région est escarpée et donc à un moment ou à un autre ça grimpe, mais les panoramas époustouflants à la clé méritent bien quelques efforts. "My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."
