Mountain Guest House

The guest house was nice and the family was nice. All problems were caused by Hotels.com not communicating with them or paying them despite the fact that I paid the website a nonrefundable fee 4 months ago. Hotels should fix the problem or delist the inn. Luckily I had a printed copy to show, and they had a room.
