A small lounge under a glass roof to read, paint ... or enjoy the flower garden in peace. A cabin and a portico will delight children! For lovers of boules, a pétanque court in the garden! A living room with: a sitting area with sofa bed (TV and DVD player). A fully equipped kitchen / dining area with child seat. On the ground floor is the bathroom (with washing machine) and its toilet. Upstairs: A large space split in two: A parental space, a space for children with 3 beds, plus a cot on request. Provision of games, books, DVDs. Free WIFI.
Optional cleaning for 50 € (supplement payable locally).
Linen provided on request for: € 8.50 per set for 1 double bed or 2 sets for 2 single beds (additional charge payable locally).
Towels for 2 people for € 6.50 (supplement payable locally).
Wood stove
For winter: Pellet heating (compressed wood) 2 bags of 15 kilos are at your disposal free of charge then count 5 € per additional bag requested (to be paid on site)

We had a wonderful time at Frédérique‘s gite, it is a lovely place with a beautiful garden. We would love to come back another time and spend more days. Great place to relax and unwind, very kid friendly.

Très joli lieu avec un extérieur très agréable, équipement très complet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôte. Très bien situé, proximité du Mont Saint Michel, de Saint Malo.

Frédérique est une hôte remarquable, d'une très grande gentillesse. Elle a su nous mettre à l'aise des le début et était toujours à notre écoute. La maison comporte tout le nécessaire et même plus pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir plus longtemps cette fois.

Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Trotz Sprachbarrieren war der Kontakt sehr herzlich. Wir alle, aber besonders die Mädels, vermissen den Garten sehr! Das Haus ist sehr gut und mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet. Einzig nicht ganz optimal war die Schlaf- und Schranksituation. Der alte Holzboden knarzt bei jedem Schritt laut und auch die Betten quitschen bei jedem umdrehen, also sind entweder alle wach wenn jemand aufsteht oder man verharrt an Ort und Stelle. Da sich das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet kann das zum Problem werden... Die beiden Kommoden für die Kinder sind sehr instabil. Die Möglichkeit Elternkleidung zu verstauen nicht ideal. Wir hätten uns einen Schrank mit Fächern statt nur Kleiderbügeln gewünscht. Aber alles positive überwiegt eindeutig!! Ich vermisse den perfekten Gartenstuhl er war sooooo gemütlich ☺️ Herzlichen Dank!

Bonjour Frédérique, nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans votre belle maison de vacances, que nous avons trouvée très propre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le jardin est superbement aménagé et nous avons apprécié le calme. La cuisine est top équipée, il y a même une balance et un batteur. Les environs se laissent parfaitement explorer à vélo. Nous avons passé des séjours à deux familles avec 3 enfants. Les enfants étaient très contents de l’énorme jardin avec des jouets. Proche du Mont Saint Michel, nous avons pu découvrir plein d’endroits charmants. La propriétaire était très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation cette jolie maison!

Ce gîte est charmant tout comme son hôte. Tout l'équipement est prévu pour parfaire son séjour (poêle à granulés, jeux de société, livres,...) ainsi que des petites choses appréciables que l'on peut avoir oubliées (lessive, huile et vinaigre...). Le gîte était très propre et confortable. Merci pour l'accueil et les conseils de visites notamment Le Mont St Michel (qui se situe à 20 min).

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est spacieuse, le jardin aussi. Le mont St Michel n'est pas loin, et l'endroit regorge de lieux à visiter à un peu plus de 30mn de route. L'accueil est chaleureux, nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de ces vacances

La maison est charmante et impeccable il ne manque rien pour passer en très bon séjour , l'accueil par la propriétaire aussi bien par téléphone que physiquement est divin, nous aurions eu aimé resté plus longtemps pour profiter du calme de cette belle maison, je recommande vivement

Le gîte de Frederique est parfaitement équipé et parfaitement situé pour visiter les points d’intérêt de la région (Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale...). De plus l’accueil de Frederique est très sympathique. Mais ce qui rend cette maison vraiment extraordinaire c’est le jardin et ses équipements (large pelouse ombragée, boulodrome, chaises longues, cabane et jeux pour les enfants...) ainsi que la belle terrasse en bois pour prendre ses repas. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Wir durften einige Tage hier verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt und das gelingt ihr wirklich gut. Der Garten war für unsere drei Kinder ein Traum. Es gibt unendlich viele Spielmöglichkeiten, für jeden und jedes Alter ist etwas dabei. Der Bäcker ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und hat wunderbare Backwaren. Die Küche, sowie der Rest des Hauses ist toll ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Viele schöne Ziele (St. Michel, Saint Malo, das Meer...) sind gut erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Location idéale pour un séjour en famille ,gîte très bien équipé et sécurisé pour les enfants. Très beau jardin et tout ce qu'il faut encore pour les enfants. Lieu idéal pour passer un bon moment au calme et en famille. Proximité du site mont Saint Michel est un plus.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus von Frédérique. Die Zeit dort haben wir (Ehepaar mit fünfjähriger Tochter) sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man so braucht, der Garten ist umwerfend und bietet, wie hier auch schon oft beschrieben, viele Erholungs- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Ich fand es z.B. wunderbar, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, dort zu Frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen. Frédérique war eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne, in ein Ferienhaus umgebaute Scheune mit tollem Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Für unsere Kinder (1/3/6 Jahre alt) war es ideal. Spielsachen und Babyausstattung vollständig vorhanden. Frederique ist eine freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Für uns war es eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Objekt. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 11 jährigen Sohn und er fand es super. Es gab einen Billiardtisch, Tischkicker für Kids, Bogenschießen, Boule etc, so dass unser Sohn nicht mal einen Pool vermisst hat. Der Garten ist so groß und einfach nur zum wohlfühlen. Das Haus auch wunderbar gemütlich.Fußläufig befindet sich ein Bäcker, sonst gibt es in dem Dorf nicht viel, was wir nicht als unangenehm empfinden, da man in spätestens 10 min mit dem Auto einkaufen fahren kann, in 20 min am Meer ist usw. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat wirklich an alles gedacht, was man zu Hause auch gern hat. Selbst eine kleine Hausapotheke gab es :) Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder!! Vielen, vielen Dank Frédérique!!! Beste Grüße von Christian, Noah und Gianna

très bon accueil, dans un cadre de verdure sans vis à vis. Rien ne manque pour petits et grands. Espace jeux enfants. Tout est bien pensé ; sécurité (meme le poele est sécurisé par barrière, bravo) radiateurs, ventilateurs, le coté pratique....tous les appareils ménagé, sèche cheveux etc... un conseil : faire un séjour ou un week end la bas.

We had a lovely time at Frederique's house. It was separated from the main house and very quiet. We had access to a dishwasher, washer, and all the appliances we could want. Very thoroughly stocked, not only with household equipment, but things for children and sports equipment. A beautiful yard with all kinds of flowers and bushes. Very relaxing and comfortable. The extra charges for sheets and towels was a little peculiar, especially a daily rate, given that we used the same ones each day. A little more efficient to include them in the price of the stay instead of as a separate charge.. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend it.

Superbe location, rien ne manquez, très bonne accueil de Françoise, de plus la région est magnifique et la location est idéalement situé à 15min du mont st Michel, a 40 min de st Malo. Super week-end mais trop court . Je reviendrai c est certain .. Et je recommande sans soucis
