"Fabulous 3 bed gite with a large pool, air con, fast wifi, outdoor games and UK tv channels. Great for families. Handily placed - 30mins to Royan, 40 mins to Cognac, 50 mins to Bordeaux. Catherine, the hostess, couldn't do more for us. We had a great time (despite the weather) and would heartily recommend this idyllic, quiet get-away."

"...hatten wir in der bezauberndwn Unterkunft von Madame Papa. Das Haus war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Vermietern war wirklich super nett und sehr darum bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Auch uns hat sie mit ihren selbstgebackenen Keksen verwöhnt. Der Pool war super und die Umgebung mitten in den Weinfeldern grossartig. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!!"

Alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Gut, ein scharfes großes Messer ist für Leute wie mich immer ein "must", aber für normale Bedürfnisse ist alles parat: Kühlschrank, Kochfelder, Backofen, Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Espresseomaschiner, nebst Waschmaschine. "This is a wonderful location, very tranquil but also easy to get to beaches and other places of interest. The property was spotless and nicely decorated. "Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles."

"Monique and Michel were fantastic hosts - warm and welcoming when we arrived late in the day. We stayed in the attached cottage and we welcomed the fresh croissants and bread in the morning. Even though there are other properties attached and b&b guests it was still so peaceful, the gardens and outside spaces were amazing and offered not only plenty of spaces to sit but were so beautiful to be in. "We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "
