"Room was dpacious and extremely clean. Comfy bed , very quite and safe ."

"The staff were super friendly and the facility was clean. However, the hot tub and sauna were both out of order. There is a sliding door in the room that is used for the bathroom and the closet. The door continuously got stuck, once even to the point that maintenance had to get it moving again. Although it looks really nice it is not practical at all."

"It was a busy weekend for the hotel, as there was a sports tournament. it did delay room entry. i wasn’t able to get keys until 6pm and when i received the keys the room still was in the process of being turned over. while my room didn’t have an odor, the rest of the teams rooms had an odor to the point they got candles and room sprays. breakfast was hot and good though. staff was very helpful."

"Upon arrival, we found out the pool was closed because of an “incident”. There was a ventilation system problem, so it was incredibly humid with fans in the hallway.. Our room was not clean. The carpet was really old & gross, I was afraid to touch it barefoot. There was hair on the bathroom floor & the lamp shade was splattered with something. We were there on a busy weekend for a football tournament and of course, all hotels around us were sold out. I read so many positive reviews on Expedia...
