Our small holiday home, T3 of 50 m2 for 6 beds is ideally located in a secure and fully fenced residence in Soustons Plage, with swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, petanque court, basketball, mini-golf and playground for children.
Close to the marine lake (400 meters) and the beach (1200 meters) and the Pinsolle Golf Course in Soustons Plage.
A large free parking lot at the entrance of the residence for cars.
Towels are not included in the rental. Sheets and blankets can be provided according to your needs.

The accommodation
Single-storey maisonette of 50m2, semi-detached (only one common wall) includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, sleeps 6.
For the two bedrooms, they are spacious and bright:
. The master bedroom is equipped with a 140cm bed, and a large built-in cupboard, with direct access to the terrace.
. The 2nd bedroom (with window) is equipped with two single beds, and a closet.

In the large, bright living room, facing south, a sofa bed allows two people to sleep.
You will find a TV and a large table for 6 people.

The kitchen, small and functional, includes an electric hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a toaster.

The bathroom is composed of a shower and a simple sink with storage. The toilet is separate.

The terrace with its awning and large table will offer you moments of conviviality and relaxation outside.

Cleaning is not included in the price, the accommodation must be left clean in the condition in which it was found, the garbage cans must be emptied.
(A deposit of €70 will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, provided that the cleaning has been carried out and the bins have been emptied, in accordance with the condition observed at the time of your arrival.)

There are no bath towels, so you must bring your own towels, sheets and blankets can be made available to you.

Traveler access
The residence is fully fenced with a gate. A 4-digit code allows you to enter, this code will be communicated to you before your arrival.
Free parking is located at the entrance of the residence.
No cars can circulate in the residence, which makes it a safe family place for children.
The place is conducive to getting around on foot but also by bike. Everything can be done by bike, cycle paths are present everywhere.
The proximity of Hossegor, Capbreton, and Seignosse allows a multitude of walks.
The city center of Vieux-Boucau and the ocean is 5 - 10 minutes away by bike.
