THE VILLA, THE GARDEN...
The house can accommodate 12 people + 2 babies maximum.
The location of the house is exceptional, in a quiet residential area, bordering the golf course, CLOSE to everything: beaches, dunes, forest, marine lake, golf 9 holes, water activities, walking paths, bike paths, restaurants, bars, shops... The house is ideal for families or couples who wish to spend a sports or peaceful holiday.

This superb architect house has a living area of 260m2:

*on the ground floor: the living room of 66m2 consists of an equipped open VINTAGE kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, table for 10 people) and a living room with television (Orange channels), a decorative fireplace, and many board games and books available.
You will also find two double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, a laundry/pantry with washing machine, dryer.

*Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

*Outside, you will enjoy the large covered terrace of 50m2 with a dining area with a plancha, a lounge area, views of the golf course, green areas (250m2), the hammock area and the pool of 11x4m temperate Easter holidays at the end of September, secured by an electric roller shutter.

THE CONCIERGERIE SUD LANDES, YOUR HOST
The Concierge team will be your host and contact person for all questions concerning your stay. They will send you a welcome booklet and a tourist booklet as soon as you confirm your reservation so that you prepare your stay as well as possible.

Bed linen, towels are not included in the price of the rental, The concierge offers a rental service, to order on their online shop (internet address given when booking)

Tres bonne experience . En accord avec nos attentes
La maison est très ' cosy' et confortable . On s 'y sent très rapidement en vacances avec le confort et les details d'une maison familiale personnalisée. Tres bien située près du golf et de l'oéan . Calme absolu . Elle est aussi très fonctionnelle et près de toute commodité sportive Tres grand séjour convivial pour de belles soirées de groupe . La maison a tte les commodités pour cuisiner/ se divertir /.se reposer. Les gérants assurent un accueil et un suivi pour tout problème technique éventuel.

Magnifique
Très belle résidence, à moins de 10min en vélo de la mer, et 5 du lac avec de nombreuses activités disponibles. La maison est magnifique, bien entretenue et très spacieuse (3 familles). La piscine, sécurisée, mérite quelques réparations mais tout le monde a pu largement en profiter. Le golf au fond du jardin offre une belle extension à la propriété. La conciergerie est très professionnelle et aux petits soins. A réserver les yeux fermés

Très très bien accueillis. La maison très agréable, une super terrasse bien fournie en chaise longue et transat, une déco qui date un peu mais très pratique pour des vacances familiales. Cela nous convient parfaitement. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Avec un temps magnifique nous avons pu profité de tous les équipements extérieurs (piscine, barbecue, set de badminton, transats, hamac, salon extérieur...).

BELLE VILLA...... MAIS
Très belle maison qui a de nombreux atouts pour satisfaire pleinement les voyageurs : volume, situation, le coin repas extérieur avec sa vue sur le golf . Nous en avons bien profité et l'avons fortement apprécié. Malheureusement d’autres points interpellent et déçoivent : ils ne correspondent pas du tout au standing de la maison. - 4 transats très très tachés (je pèse mes mots !) pour 12 voyageurs - les dallages qui bordent la piscine mériteraient un bon coup de karcher - un petit barbecue, certes récent, mais pour 12 personnes, difficile de gérer ... - le four de la cuisine (bien équipée par ailleurs) a fait son temps . Oui il fonctionne mais la porte est à manier avec beaucoup de précautions car en cas de casse , rien dans le contrat ne précise la responsabilité. De manière générale, cette belle maison est restée dans son jus depuis des années, quelques modernisations et investissements seraient nécessaires pour se dire que le rapport qualité/prix est pleinement satisfaisant.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et nous a apporté un petit panier d’accueil avec légumes et confiture. La maison est très agréable pour vivre à plusieurs, et très bien située. Nous sommes repartis avec de très bon souvenirs de vacances, à recommander !

Tiene todas lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en grupo de amigos. 6 cómodas camas dobles, cocina totalmente equipada, magnifica terraza, jardin con piscina y barbacoa para poder disfrutar con amigos. Jean Michel muy simpático nos regaló una bandeja de verduras frescas de su huerta. Excelente!

Un lieu magnifique pour des vacances sportives en famille
Premièrement, l'endroit est magnifique pour faire du sport que ce soit du surf, du golf, du tennis, du vélo ou du paddle. Tout est disponible dans les environs proches et très facilement accessible (la maison est sur le golf et les courts de tennis). La maison est dans un quartier très calme ou la présence des voisins se fait vite oubliée. La maison elle-même dans son style année 80' est très adaptée pour recevoir des familles. Les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain nombreuses. Le desk couvert est parfait pour y manger au complet (12 personnes). La cuisine bien équipée pour nourrir une troupe d'affamés, même si les équipements commencent à dater (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge), y compris certains équipements sanitaires toujours fonctionnels, mais qui accusent le poids des années. Le "canapé" mériterait d'être remplacé par un modèle plus confortable et plus facilement nettoyable. Le garde-manger est bien utile, mais attention à la tête, le plafond est très très bas. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien, leurs équipements devraient être eux d'un standard plus élevés (barbecue hors d'âge, chaises longues usées, ...) L'accueil était parfait, on a pu déposer nos affaires avant l'heure. Et la corbeille de fruits/légumes a été très appréciée (du maraîcher même qui s'occupe de l'intendance). Il a été extrêmement serviable et son aide nous a été indispensable lors du départ (merci encore). Seul point négatif, en dehors des équipements ménagers à bout de souffle, était le nettoyage. Une seule personne pour nettoyer une maison aussi grande ne permet pas malgré toute la bonne volonté de faire un travail satisfaisant. C'est dommage car cela laisse une 1ère impression négative alors que cette location ne le mérite pas. Mais nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour et nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner.

On s'y sent bien ...
Parfaite maison de vacances. Bien équipée, situation idéale par rapport aux plages et toutes activités sportives. On apprécie particulièrement le calme et la vue de la terrasse avec la piscine et le fairway N°2 du golf de Pinsolle. Cuisine agréable mais le serait encore plus si le lave-vaisselle et le four étaient remplacés par du neuf. Très bonne communication avec J-Michel M. (homme de confiance).
