The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need, making it so much more convenient than a cramped hotel room. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided beach chairs and towels, it made our beach days effortless. "Great location to Harbor Town, golf and beach club! Convenient to supermarkets, etc as well. Great view of the first fairway of Harbor Town golf club, but you do hear the course blowers and lawn mowers almost every morning starting between 6:30-7 am for maybe an hour. Other than that it is lovely."

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was filthy. The carpets had not been vacuumed, there was a layer of dust over everything, and the vents were caked in grime and dust. We used a wet rag to wipe off the kitchen table and it looked like mud. The walls are covered in handprints and other markings. The floors and doorways are uneven due to house settling or poor construction. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The trash was never picked up. The owners do not appear to care about this rental."

"This house was perfect for our two families to stay! The house was very clean, the space was perfect, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make and serve homemade meals. The best part of the house was the pool! Our kids spent the morning until night swimming and hanging out around the pool! We loved the location of the home. It was on a quiet street, but so close to the beach! We biked to the beach daily. Great house and location!! "
