Top notch property in South Bend! We spent a week at this home in July 2024 and it was wonderful. My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area!

Notre Dame graduation weekend

Kevin was a great host. The house is in close proximity to the university, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had three generations of family staying in the property to celebrate our son’s graduation. Kevin was in constant contact and generously provided us with Notre Dame themed wine, desserts, and spirits to celebrate. I highly recommend this property.

We traveled for a wedding at Notre Dame, from booking process to checking out, Kevin ensure every stage was easy. He was prompt in response, very helpful. The photos of the property don’t do it justice, it was not the look but the feeling. Very peaceful, complemented with nature in the back. This place is a resort indeed. Either you’re resetting or in town for an event in South Bend and need a host that will make you feel at home, book this property. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed with friends and our daughter who attends Notre Dame. We were able to see her in the pep band at a ND basketball game. Campus was a short drive as well as restaurants we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the extra little snacks and water that were left for us. We’ll definitely keep this house in mind for future visits!

Exceptional property in every way…

Kevin’s property was perfect, and Kevin was always immediately responsive and helpful. The place was immaculately clean, new, furnished with everything we needed and everything worked, no issues at all. The proximity to the store is 2-3 minutes and then neighborhood was very quiet. We’ve already booked again for another game weekend. Thanks Kevin!
