The townhouse features 2 covered porches. One overlooking the ocean the other overlooking the marina. There is also a large patio area on the first floor.

Downstairs you have 2 master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Also on the same floor there is a laundry room with a washer & dryer.

On the second floor you will have spectacular views off the sun setting over the ocean.
