"Great location and friendly staff! My main issue was the bathroom layout. The toilet was sandwiched between the sink and the wall, so we had to move the toilet paper and flip up the holder to have space. Also, if you're claustrophobic, the elevators are on the smaller side and, at least while I was there, were constantly filled with people. Overall, the hotel was nice and a good value for its location."

"Really convenient to walk to anywhere from this hotel. The staff and service is super nice , helpful and thoughtful. People around the world that I came across are very nice ,too. Although I had to handle the breakfast for myself, and , the room is kinda like a capsule , I will go back again in the future!"

"Great location if you want to be near Times Square and subway access. We had a corner room and the view was great. The guys that work the front door/desk were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was great and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Stayed 2 nights, came for show at RCMH. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked good. Room was on back of building, very quiet. Bathroom was cramped but had been recently renovated. I would stay here again"
