I had already paid for a late check-out, however when I went to leave at 12:30pm, I was told there would be an additional charge on top of what I had already paid. This was disappointing and felt unreasonable. Overall, while the basics were fine, the experience was let down by poor handling of what should have been a simple arrangement."
