Bedroom was a good size and clean. good facilities. bed mattress was too soft for my wife and I but comfortable. Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit. "Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. Lots of little touches like kits with things you might need, plenty of shower wash, shampoo etc. tea, coffee & sugar well Stocked as well as little biscuits & bottles of water. Quiet farming village with safe walks for our dog. Enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a lovely traditional country pub with friendly hosts and locals, attentive staff and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. "The hotel didn't seem to be sure of our booking when we arrived. After that, the check in was swift. The room was grubby as was the bathroom. The duvet cover and the pillowcases were marked and clearly very old indeed. It was quiet and the location is great for visitors to Brigg. The price of the room was low and I suppose this was a case of ''getting what you paid for''"

"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "
