"Arguably the best ever hotel I have ever stayed in China. The room is spacious and clean. Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! A minor complaint is that its telephone set is unintuitive to use."

"Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Everything is basic no frills. Breakfast was so so. Had a 1 bedroom double bed apartment and only 1 breakfast was included. Best go for twin bed for 2 breakfast but not worth it. No complaints and no compliments, just a plain simple apartment hotel."

"A very pleasure stay. The room is clean, spacious and equipped with all I need, from a washer and dryer to a mini kitchen. The hotel is at a prime location and only takes about 5 mins to the subway station Restaurants and supermarkets are just right around the corner. I highly recommend it. "

"Property was difficult to locate -- was on the 12th floor of a high rise -- not at ground level. Very clean with full amenities including washing machine. Beautiful view of the city skyline."

"The place was clean and orderly with a friendly staff. Their English was very limited but they tried their best to answer any questions. There were five of us. We all had a nice stay."

"Loved the hotel in all however wh n I checked in they wanted me to put down a 500 deposit and would not let me use my American credit cards. I wasn't about to give cash, luckily my fiancé is from China and she let me use her card. Otherwise I great experience."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. The washer/dryer was a godsend and allowed us to pack light for our 2-week trip to China. The manager's office was a little off-putting with the clutter. We had trouble finding the building and when we tried to call to get directions, the phone number didn't work."
