"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I checked out too early for breakfast so don’t have any comments regarding that. The room was clean and comfortable."

"I am taking one star off because it is very hard to sleep in this hotel, I could hear my neighbors talking until 1 am (3 am my time) and I barely got any sleep. Apparently, they work there and stay in that room. I asked the front desk guys two nights in a row to ask those workers to be more quiet but it did not make any difference. I also woke up at 6 am because a neighbor upstairs was walking and I could hear it very well . Also I could hear a blow dryer from the room that was half way down the hallway. Not to mention traffic and train at night. I paid all this money and barely got any rest. Front desk guys are very nice though."

"The rooms were clean and very large! Be aware that the hallways and common areas are HOT. It seems as though there is no air conditioning in the hallways, lobbies, etc. Opening your room door, even for a moment, makes the room hot because it’s so hot in the hallways. The pool stairs are incredibly slippery with no grip at all leading to at least one fall while getting into the pool during our stay, so be very cautious. The breakfast was lackluster, but edible and was available for a decent timeframe (6-10). Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate, parking stalls are large enough that you don’t have to worry about dinging other cars with your door."
