"Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!"

"Such a wonderful place to stay and the staff is so helpful. We especially liked how walkable and close to downtown the Grasshopper Inn is located. Homemade waffles including fresh fruit selections, modern room designs and inviting shower - every detail considered to make your stay fantastic. Sipping coffee on our second floor balcony was a wonderful retreat - we plan on going back very soon. "

"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine. "Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."
