"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. "My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. "Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place.
