Idyllic 3BR classic Cape Cottage in a beautiful waterfront setting, with sunsets

Idyllic Cape Cod cottage with private deck with direct view of the Mayfair boat marina.

BONUS: During the 4th of July celebration there MAY be an unofficial fireworks display for which you will have a front row seat from your deck, but even without that you will still have a daily reserved seat for the evening sunset AND a great vantage point when watching the stars AND the ISS satellite.

Includes your own pathway to the famous tidal Bass River at your doorstep which - when the tides are going out - you can kayak its five miles directly to West Dennis Beach and Nantucket Sound.

And don't forget those 16 fabulous Dennis beaches that span both coasts of Cape Cod. (Daily and weekly passes available for a fee from nearby Town Hall, or you can enjoy free access every day at 5pm. Note: that's when the local wind surfers bring out their colorful outfits and tame the waves down at West Dennis Beach. They make quite a showing when the wind blows.)

Enjoy fishing or swimming or just sit back and enjoy your own private sunsets from your private deck. Small charcoal grill is included guaranteeing your best cooking ever!

Dennis is well-known for its beautiful beaches (16 in total -located on the southern and northern coasts of Cape Cod).

Also nearby is your easy access to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail that offers you outstanding bike scenery (even cranberry bogs!) and can lead you to water views of Yarmouth or Wellfleet..

Bonus! An actual kitchen "dutch door" through which you can pass out pizza or pasta directly to your picnic table on the outside deck.

And if you're lucky the ISS crew overhead may wave to you on a clear night.

Serenity now

We enjoyed the location. Living areas were very comfortable, especially outside porch. Close to shops but they did not intrude. More kitchen utensils would be helpful.
