"Lovely room, warm, clean and comfortable. Welcoming and helpful staff throughout from arriving at reception, service in the bar, restaurant and breakfast area, and the leisure centre and cleaning staff."

"Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. "

"I think we got a cheeky little upgrade because the room was huge! Spotless, the soaps and things smelt gorgeous. Beautiful little touches in the room too. Staff so friendly and courteous, can’t do enough to help. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would love to stay again. "
