"Arrived late on Friday evening for 1 night ans had super fast and friendly check in with Aniqua. As it was our anniversary and birthday through the kindness of Aniqua and his manager we were given an upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable and in a corner so it was a nice big balcony. "The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport. "

"This property say that they are “SG Clean” but they are not. This place was so disgusting that we only spent a few hours there until we found another hotel. The mattresses, bedsheets, and everything were disgusting. The bedsheets were super old, with stains, and hairs! The mattress and pillows were dirty and spelled like other people’s sweat.
