We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did. "The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly.
