"I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend."

"The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus."

"When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. You have to get into the property to get the garage door opened to go to the parking. I sent an email in response to the check in and out rules to clarify that went unanswered. "Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. "There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling.
