My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent."

From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. "Beware booking and prepaying with expedia. Your room type is not guaranteed. Also responses with staff regarding issues tend to be less than professional. This past stay I also over head valet openly talking in a disrespectful way about women. "
