"Biggest complaint is that the temperature of the shower was uncontrollable. Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel. "For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple hours later to retrieve our luggage. We approached staff at the front desk as we had time limitations but they were dismissive and couldn’t really care. Opulent hotel but don’t recommend it."

"The best and most attractive part about staying at this hotel is the location. You are right down the street from the back entrance (Disneyland hotel) of downtown Disney. If you already have tickets and don’t mind not being there for rope drop, the entrance for monorail is a much easier and less crowded way to enter the park. The hotel has an amazing, AMAZING breakfast that changes day to day so you don’t get too bored of the food. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome in that space. Breakfast area is kept super clean and stocked and tables are fairly easy to find. I’m going to be honest, the rooms are nothing extraordinary. They have what you need, beds, microwave, fridge, and table space. I have a family of 5 and my kids were able to squeeze into one queen bed even though I believe you can pay for a rollaway bed. The air conditioner also isn’t the best but thankfully the weather was perfect during our stay. There is also a yummy restaurant right on the corner you can go to but like I said, the breakfast, staff, and location are superb."

"This was a not so good stay but I guess it’s true what they say… you get what you pay for…. Rooms very out dated, bed comfort level 2, we had gnats in the room and after a long day at Disneyland it’s the last thing you want to deal with. Bathtub drain went down real slowly almost as if they had a drainage problem. Wall outlet in bathroom was broken so that wasn’t say at all. Wall outlet in room did not work. I do appreciate the fact that they had a shuttle to take you to the park but that school bus was outdated as well. All I know is we come to Disneyland a lot and this would not be a hotel of choice I do not recommend this Hotel"
