"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment...

"Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. I would stay there again."
