"The wait for the shuttle from the airport was 90 minutes but the rest of the stay was good. Not a lot of options for breakfast but it was a decent continental breakfast."

"Got to room and it was hot. Called down to ask if air con was out and instead of answering said they’d send someone up. 30 min later, called again & said she would put in a note for maintenance. 35 min later got a text asking if I was happy with the check-in. Said yes BUT, didn’t get any water & air con seems to be out. Replied saying would send someone right away. In the meantime, went down & asked concierge for water & he very nicely got some😍He said convenience store was sold out & he said, they should have given you Checked out at 10am and never saw a maintenance person!"
