"My husband and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The front desk staff are some of the most friendly and helpful we've ever encountered at a hotel and made all the difference from the moment we checked in. Our room was amazing - very clean and spacious. They provided everything in our rooms from mini sewing kits to a shoe shine kit to a kettle & coffee machine. It was also a close walk to restaurants and shopping areas. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Glasgow! "

"Lovely stay with the family. The check in was friendly and quick. Our room was spacious, but the room wasn’t accessible as described. Getting the wheelchair through the door was tight, the bathroom wasn’t a walk in shower as advertised, it was a full bath with shower over it. We attempted to change it, but we’re going to be in a much smaller room and the bathroom was still not accessible. Sadly, this is a common occurrence with hotels. The word ‘accessible’ should only be used if an adult wheelchair can navigate it comfortably. Despite this, we had a lovely break. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a bit of something for everyone, staff serving were polite and helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location with parking available. The pool was a massive selling point too. Perfect size for children and adults, and well maintained. "
