I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel, and I must say, my first impression was a mixed bag. The exterior initially gave me pause, but that concern was quickly alleviated upon meeting the host, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. The other guests I encountered were also friendly and courteous. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the exception of the shower/tub area, which didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness but very hot water. However, the motel's interior has been beautifully remodeled, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. Breakfast is the cold continental service. Despite some initial reservations, I found the motel to be a safe and secure environment - although some businesses area the motel looks a little sketchy. Therefore, I appreciated the effort that has gone into creating a comfortable space for visitors. I'd be happy to provide a more detailed review after my stay is complete. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would recommend this motel to others

Three days before my trip, I requested a late check in at my Guest Portal check in. It was approved "Thank you for using our Self-service Guest Portal. Your request to 'Update Guest Details' has been approved." However, when I called they said the office would be closed when I arrived, I would NOT get my room, and they would be charging my credit card anyway. I had to drive 6 hours until 4AM to get home.

Outdated Motel

Very outdated. The beds were so hard that I didn't sleep very well. They used bunkie board bed frames instead of the normal bedframes. Will definitely NOT stay there again up in that neck of the woods. Will spend a little more & go with the chain Hotels.

I would not stay here again.

I thought I was going to stay at a hotel. I arrived and was very confused. People lived at this place. People had bikes, grills, and it was not a hotel. I became nervous seeing a man digging through the dumpster. This is on a busy street next to strip malls, auto parts stores, etc. The people who checked me in were nice, but I did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this place all by myself. I ended up not staying there at all and crashed on a friend's couch about 20 minutes away. I would not recommend a solo woman staying here.

It's a bit out dated but what do you expect for a 2 star hotel right but what's important is the good service and cleanliness. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast that was included was +++. Definitely recommend it.
