A heated pool, hot tub, private Lake Michigan beach access, five bedrooms, two master suites, two living areas, four flat screens, a spectacular screened in porch with dining seating, propane fire burner plus sectional seating, large bunk room upstairs, game room & theatre room downstairs , swing set, fire pit and plenty of parking. This is truly a one of a kind property conveniently located just five miles north of South Haven in a wooded peaceful neighborhood with lots of wildlife around.

Open the front or back door to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with custom accents everywhere. Notice the impressive see through stone fireplace with real barnwood mantel on one side and trendy mantel encasement on the living room side. Check out the well stocked kitchen with large island, quartz countertops & glass back splash from there walk right onto the screened in porch that offers an additional eating area/seating and fire that overlooks the pool area. Two main floor bedrooms & bathrooms finish out the main level. The master bedroom has a custom ceiling and an attached master bathroom with double sinks, direct access to the pool & deck, washer & dryer and shower unit. The additional main floor bedroom is sized just right for guests who might not be able to navigate stairs and offers private bathroom access to the main floor bathroom.

The upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living area. A large bedroom serves as a second floor master suite with an attached bathroom including a shower, toilet and sink. The spacious bunk room for all ages has four twin built in beds and a walk in closet full of toys! The living area on this floor is nautically themed with comfy overstuffed furniture and a large flatscreen to boot.

The downstairs is trimmed in unique real barn wood with a gaming area with foosball, air hockey and ping pong. The theater room offers a truly unique experience for the whole family with vintage seats and a sectional sofa. If it rains your family has plenty to do no matter what the weather is like.

Oh and lets talk about the HEATED pool.....its not huge, 10Wx 21L x 52 inches deep but large enough for a lot fun water time. A deck surrounding the pool makes a great hang out area for your gathering and attached cement patio area with more seating and a Weber grill. The hot tub sits right outside of the master bathroom door to the deck. The hot tub and pool are about 10 feet apart and kids and adults can jump from one to the other. Steps down from the patio offers some backyard green space that is fenced in. Hanging out at the outdoor bar by the pool getting splashed by the kids never sounded so good! We keep the pool temperature at 85 degrees & no extra charges for the heat. Pool is open from May1st to October 15.

LAST but not LEAST a private (our neighborhood only) Lake Michigan Beach accessed via a tram. Ride the tram (outdoor elevator) down the bluff (a very cool three minute picturesque ride in a tram cage) land at the button of the newly built reventment (boulder wall) via 2 sets of steps (see pic & video in this ad). We do have a beach this year but when the waves are high your best bet is to set your seat on the top of the reventment and enjoy the views! NOTE: the tram is seasonal (closed when ice and heavy snow happens)but the stairs are always open. See our sister property #9049362 with great reviews downtown with the same floor plan but several different interior features.


Absolutely No bachelor/bachelorette sorority/fraternity parties. No large gatherings. No excessive amplified music. No Pets. Minimum age requirement of 25. Be respectful of residential neighbors.

Awesome South Haven Girls Get A Way
Beautiful Home in South Haven - Pool / Hot Tub close to Lake MI and close to Down Town South Haven. Perfect for a girls get a way. Susan was a perfect host and the home was spectacular. Sunsets were absolutely stunning. Can't say enough about this wonderful place. Will definitely be coming back.

The perfect place to spend a vacation!
Our family enjoyed a FANTASTIC week at this house. Upon our arrival, the home was immaculate. It has everything you need: fully-stocked kitchen, attractive/comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels, beach stuff, etc. And so many toys & games in the bunk room & in closets on the 1st & 2nd floors! Having a washer/dryer on both the 1st & 2nd floors was so convenient. The home is spacious with a wonderful layout that allows both togetherness & privacy; there are plenty of areas inside the house & outside (on patio next to pool or near fire pit) for larger gatherings, intimate conversations, or solitude. The outdoor play area with swing set is great for kids. The screened-in back porch was one of our favorite spots to hang out; we spent many hours relaxing there. Our granddaughter LOVED the heated pool & went swimming 2-3 times a day. The adults loved the pool & hot tub as well. The sitting area on the 2nd floor is especially cozy. We also loved the theater room & game room! We never felt like we were in each other’s way during our stay. Location of the property is perfect: a short drive to downtown South Haven, a short walk to the end of the block where the tram to private beach is located, & where the sunsets are spectacular. The house is PERFECT for enjoying the beauty & peace of SW Michigan without feeling stressed by noise or crowds. The owner is phenomenal--the warmest, friendliest, most responsive host we’ve ever had. She’s TRULY incredible to work with. A+++++ rating!

Family fun
This house is everything it advertises! We had a great time with young children! There were even toys in the kids room for them to play with! We enjoyed the pool and the lift was fun to take going up and down to the beach. The house is beautiful and everything is conveniently placed . Communication was great and the neighborhood was very quiet . We plan to come back in the future!

The property was perfect for our family get together! The pool was the perfect size for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults at night! Perfect Rental Property
This property is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The host has thought of everything a guest of any age would want or need. So much to do at the house- theatre room, game room, fire pit, screened porch, children’s play set and toys and of course the heated pool and relaxing area around it. Also, there is beach access and close to South Haven. All this made for a perfect vacation for our family!

Great weekend getaway
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for my family to get together with friends. Our kids loved the heated pool, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and theater room. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great sunset views of the lake just up the road and easy access to South Haven. Would absolutely recommend!

Family Getaway
This home was gorgeous! Everything was immaculately clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The house had everything we needed to help celebrate our daughter’s 9th birthday with a few family members. The heated pool and hot tub were a great hit with the kids, despite the 55 degree weather. The deck and sunroom were the best place to relax to watch the kids play all in the pool. There was plenty of rooms for the adults and kids to have their own rooms and beds. The walk to the tram and beach was a short and easy. The game room and theater room was perfect to keep everyone occupied and happy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great due to how close enough it was to stores if we needed anything. The best part was the communication with the owner, Susan. She was super attentive and responded if we needed anything. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to booking again for the our next weekend getaway, thank you for the great time Susan!

Amazing Place to Stay - STAY HERE!
The house was perfect and the host was soooo nice and accommodating. Exceptional on all levels: - Clean, clean, clean! Every room, every thing, was spotless. - So many great family things to do. The theater room was awesome, all the games were in working order, there were cards, and puzzles and trivia too! - The Hot tub was clean, private, functioning properly, and towels were provided. - So many bedrooms to choose from. All of them with comfortable beds and high end linens and furniture. - Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, etc. We didn't need anything additional. We actually stayed in for dinner most nights because it was so comfortable to cook and clean in. - Living room space was perfect. Enough room for us all and the tv was easy to figure out. - So close to Lake Michigan. Gorgeous walks and views!!! - Accommodating owners and readily available to answer any requests or questions. Also kind enough to send me my charger which I left behind. - Instructions for check in, check out, how to use the special items, and anything else we needed during the stay were clearly marked and understandable. We really didnt need to bother the host with anything because it was all spelled out so well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny ❤️❤️❤️

Highly recommended
I coordinate an annual ladies' trip that has been happening for years. This rental was fantastic. Susan is a great host, very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating whenever possible. The outdoor space with the pool, hot tub, and grill is perfect. The beds are all really comfortable. The whole house was very clean and even all the blinds worked (an often overlooked detail). The view of the lake off the bluff at the end of the block is stunning, especially at sunset. What was especially nice for our group was the table space. There were at least 2 tables where all of us could comfortably sit together. Over all, I would highly recommend this rental. The listing very accurately describes the home. The kitchen is well stocked. It's easy to find what you need because the house is well organized and cabinets are labelled. Susan provides a really comprehensive guide to the home and the area that answers all your questions. Virtue Cidery is also very close by and a lovely visit. Rent this house.

This is a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. I have been to other VRBO's that claimed they had a well stocked kitchen and did not, but this one definitely did. The hot tub was fabulous and not too hot. Everything was very clean. It is the best place we have ever stayed at. It allowed a group of friends to get some well deserved rest and relaxation. The owner communicates very well with you. Hoping to be able to return. It was an amazing experience.

Amazing place for a great week!
The house was everything we hoped for and more. Everything the kids could have wanted or needed was there. Costumes to try on, lots of toys, and the pool was just right for them. We loved the proximity to the beach and the tram was easy to use. Only very minor suggestion for improvement would be some king beds, but it still worked out well for us. Also, we visited a near by beach that was bigger but not crowded to enjoy some lake swimming. The location near Saugatuck and South Haven was perfect for us. Susan was an excellent host and we could not have been more pleased with the property. Hot tub, playground, and pool were fantastic!

Our family of 11 gathered at this beautiful home. The owners designed and built a fabulous place for all to enjoy. Plenty of space to spread out and even find some quiet alone time. The pool and screened porch were used daily, what a plus! Easy access to town and surrounding towns. Communication is top notch, look no further for your vacation needs!

We loved the house! The pool was a favorite of the boys. That and the beach that is a block down the road. If you are going to South Haven this the the perfect place for families. Host was extremely easy to get ahold of and talk to. Although we had no issues needing help with. Thank you again for a great vacation!

Family Time Spring break on Miami Park
This property was amazing! The house was huge, perfect for our family of 6 - and so CLEAN. FULLY stocked kitchen and cozy see through fireplace made cooking FUN. Having 3 teen boys, and a 9 year old daughter, separate bedrooms when traveling are always a must! The bunk room is adorable and ready for fun sleepovers! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake, although it was too chilly for us to enjoy. A quick 10 minute drive gets you to the quaint town of South Haven, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Susan was so helpful with any questions we had. Our favorite spots were the HOT TUB and the games and theatre room in the basement!! Plenty of fun family times and laughte! We will definitely try to get back in the summer months to enjoy the pool and beach! Thank you Susan!
