There was air-conditioning downstairs in the lounge/dining area, in the study and in each bedroom, which was most welcome on some of the very hot days. Located within walking distance of a Woolworths and a park with a nice coffee shop. Handy to the city and to tram and train. Great to be able to park our trailer off the street in the garage. Has a lovely big duel fuel stove and oven. A lovely place to stay with our family. We (in our 60s)...
