Situated high on the hillside offering panoramic mountain views and all day sunshine is this monstrous contemporary mountain retreat in the hills of South Lake Tahoe. Breathtaking views are captured from nearly every room, as well as from 2nd and 3rd story decks that stretch the full width of the home. Top floor Living room #1 has a large sectional with Plasma TV, modern Fireplace that defines the room. Top of the line kitchen with all high end appliances, granite, stainless steel everything, bar seating, dining table…BEDROOMS

All other bedrooms are on 2nd floor which is the next level down from entrance level

A large Indoor Pool starts a wide range of luxurious amenities that extend over 3 stories and encompasses such items as a Movie theater room, Game room with Pool table, sectional sofa with large Plasma TV, outdoor hot tub. Large sauna in Pool room. Seating area with Fireplace and Plasma TV in pool room area great for lounging while the kids hit the Indoor Pool.

The amenities are awesome - loved the bottom level indoor pool/dry heat/steam shower/outdoor hot tub. Next fave was the mid-floor theater - great sound.The rest of the place was fairly well laid out - plenty of individual spaces for private time or everyone together. Would be 5 stars if the place was in better overall condition - definitely showing its age. Some of the beds need to be replaced, at least one bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. A lot of little details that were not the best.A/C is non-existent on bottom two floors - hot days you'll feel it.If not for the 5 star amenities it would be 3 stars, making it a solid 4 as is. We had a great time!

Great house and amenities!

We had 8 adults and a toddler and really enjoyed this property and location. Great place to relax and enjoy the views and the house amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need and the overall layout of the house works for families. Will likely book again in the future.

Mark was quick to reply to any question . We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the family time we were able to spend together . The house isn’t far from town and fit our family perfect !

Great Stay!

Had a great time at this wonderful property. Beautiful views and convenient location, plus chock-full of amenities. Only thing- the wifi did not work, but the host was very responsive and gracious in working through that issue. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and I highly recommend this stay.

Tahoe Paradise

Great home and location. I stayed four nights with my immediate family including 5 grand kids. The indoor pool was a huge success. Beautiful panoramic views in a very quiet neighborhood but only 10 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe shops, skiing and food. The home had everything you needed if you choose to just hang out and avoid the crowds.

Beautiful location and excellent layout for our family

House and property were as described and couldn't be happier with the location. There were a couple of minor glitches but it didn't spoil the long weekend we had planned. I would imagine the show stopper for most would be the indoor pool, sauna & hot tub and it did not disappoint anyone in our family. We unanimously agreed that we would return again.

wont rent again

we have been renting this house for the last 3 years and this time was our last, the house has spider webbing in every room around the lights, bed linen and towels are not washed, tubs and showers drains are clogged and need to be cleaned. only half of the appliances work, hot tub wont heat up, internet keeps cutting out... the worst experience I have ever had renting a weekend home.

Lake Tahoe Summer of 2021 trip

My family originally planned to come here in 2020, but Covid intervened. We were able to carry our reservation over to 2021. Wonderful trip! Home was perfect for our family to make memories!

As advertised

When you pull up to the garage you think hmmm, is this the right house? Nothing special until you go inside. Beautiful! I can’t imagine a house with better views. Kids loved the pool. There was an issue with the theater projector but the property manager responded via email immediately and it was fixed the next day. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect distance from all the places we wanted to go also.

AWESOME

My family and I stayed at this property for my cousins wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our self! The property was clean easily accessible as well as fully loaded with anything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to get back here at this property is a gem!

Beautiful house and conveniently located

The place is great with a variety of things to enjoy (pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, views). Everything works. It was just the two of us so we only slept in the master bedroom. The bed is firm and comfortable and if you have back problems, you'll *really* appreciate it. It was also very nice waking up to the views of Tahoe. The house is centrally located with a short 15 min drive gets you into town so you have the luxury of being in a quiet, beautiful area and at the same time, close to everything. The pool table could probably be refelt, but overall, had a wonderful experience.

Great family reunion home.

Big enough to accommodate our big group. Relaxing, quite location. Nice big kitchen. Start of Hiking trail within feet of the home. Great views from balcony.

Nice comfortable home.

Our family chose this property to celebrate our parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. The amenities were just as described. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, it seemed it had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor and a little surprise in the toilet. Other than that, our family enjoyed our stay and allowed us to enjoy each other’s company. We recommend this property as it is suitable for large families and groups.

Love this home

We stayed here for 3 nights / 4 days and we all loved this home, it has everything you need for cooking / baking. The movie theatre, sauna, steam room, hot tub, indoor swimming pool was exactly what we needed. Perfect for 10 of us! Thanks again, we’d love to stay here in the future!

A Mini Resort in One House

We had a great stay in the house. So great we didn't leave the house all weekend. There is plenty do in the house, from the pool area to the theater room to the grand views from the top deck. Furniture is different from pictures, but feel like upgrade to me. The new furniture has a more rustic feel. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans.

Great vacation

Had a wonderful time. The house was terrific and we had everything we needed. We were never bored and there was plenty to do. If you want a nice hike use the one at the bottom of the hill. Thank Mark for being so understanding with all of our questions. We had a super time.
