Beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort perfectly combines comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery. Unwind in one of the two hot tubs, enjoy the dry saunas, and take advantage of the fitness center and lodge pool. The lakeside pool and children's wading pool offer great views of lake Tahoe. Located on the second floor of the main lodge, this condo provides easy access to elevators, saunas, the fitness center, the lodge pool, hot tub, and underground parking. Lakeland Village Resort boasts an ideal location on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, only a mile from the Heavenly ski area and within walking distance of a variety of dining options, parks, and shopping.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
