"hotel is old, some things are not working, like fridge, but quit clean inside, very good shower also, which is important. there is a possible to open windows to get fresh air. and location in amazing! when you come to see Andre Rieu concert - it is best possible location. and Maastricht is surprisignly nice city "

"No, no, no and one more time NO. Place looks amazing, yet the service requires much improvement. I wanted to have some sleep, yet guests of the room opposite to mine had a party in their room and hallway. I called reception to come and calm them down, yet I was ignored. Instead of having nice 8 hrs sleep I had 4 hrs and I missed my breakfast. Morning receptionist was very apologetic yet absolutely useless."
