"The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

"Good location. Hotel restaurant was limited."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Love it"

"Such a good hotel with reasonable price"

"Great location, beds comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent"

"We have just returned from our 3rd visit at this hotel. It is in a great location for us visiting family nearby but a quick and reasonably priced Uber gets you to the big tourist attractions in good time. The beds are comfortable and the shower is also good and spacious. We see no need to book into any other hotel when we...

"The room was clean, and of a good size. Breakfast is good, however this time I did not avail of the breakfast as we don't really have large breakfasts. Location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as walking to the London Eye, and Westminster. Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's a busy tourist area on and around the bridge just be careful with your family and belongings. Nothing happened to me but I can image it easily could, and others were targeted by pick pockets in front...

"Clean room. The hotel feels welcoming, warm and friendly. Good buffet breakfast. Wifi worked well. Great location near transport. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Amazing apartment, had everything we needed. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Really great distance from o2 arena. Would highly recommend!"

"I’ve stayed here numerous times and I always enjoy it. I do wish I had a room that faced the main road, but that’s my own preference; my stay was still quite comfortable and fun!"

"Great location for music!"

"Friendly staff and delightful environment. Would stay again!"
