"I booked my stay with Vrbo, I had a few problems. 1)Front desk only works from 10am to 6pm, before I arrive to the property I asked about the parking arrangement and was never told that if my check in was after 6pm, I couldn't get access to the parking the first day. 2)I booked a studio for 3pp (one double/queen bed and a sofa couch), but when I arrive to the property there was only a double bed. I speak with hotel management and Vrbo and neither of them helped me, so I ended sleeping on an air...

"This property was good value for South Beach but there were two extremely bright lights outside our window that were on all night and the shades did not blacken the room. So sleep was a problem. Refrigerator leaked water across the floor. "
