"It’s in a good location and the house is spacious and nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and it had good facilities. Me and my friends did have a lovely stay."

"The property expressed an attempt to be stylish as it is described but it is let down by a poorly equipped kitchen, a terrible electric stove, and horrible access up three flights of stairs, across wierd outdoor ramps. Windows also presently covered with scaffolding."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. So convenient, walkable and really in the heart of the best of York. Plenty of kitchen space so you can actually share meals together. If I had to mention any drawback the wifi was not the best. If I am ever back in York, ( which I hope to be the case ♥️) I will definitely book with this property. "
