"Pleasant hotel with spa facilities about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. Having a good size pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was really useful. Breakfast was excellent - usual buffet with the addition of cooked to order items such as avocado toast, eggs Benedict, etc. Lack of aircon in the bedrooms was a serious deficiency - not helped by the room being fairly small. Bathroom was very cramped. Lack of a fridge was also a disappointment. Especially as there was a cupboard under the TV...

"The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift.
