"I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt DT SOMA. Location is very convenient; a lot of tourist attractions within walking distance. Hotel is clean, not outdated and rooms are sound proof. Also, surrounding area is pretty safe. Will def stay here next time "

"staff at front desk & security very nice. our room had damages to new sink & black scuff marks on wall. we did get white paint mark on a black back pack when we set on bedroom table not sure when room was recently painted. A lot of construction work. Remodeling. Very cute design. Nice breakfast but not enough. "

"The hotel was cute, clean, and safe. This is the second time I have stayed here and the staff is very helpful and friendly. You can take BART straight from the airport, and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train stop. It can be a bit loud, by nature of being in the city, so come prepared for that. However, the beds are SO comfortable that the noise almost doesn't matter. An excellent stay that I would recommend to anyone."

"Close proximity to everything, walking distance to the Fisherman’s Wharf if you’re not lazy af. The only bad thing is the walls are paper thin. I had inconsiderate neighbors who blasted their tv whenever they got into the room, but when I called front desk several times, no one was there to answer. Gym was dismal. If I could make a suggestion tho, please provide simple room slippers for the guests. Thanks!"
